We program based off of comprehensive fitness, posture, core and lifestyle assessments that tell us of the whole picture of how your body moves, feels and functions.

Stretching, core conditioning, breathing, range of motion, spine position, pelvic position, stability and mobility are key components that we take seriously when designing your exercise program. 

​

An allostatic load stress assessment is also administered to ensure you are choosing the right exercises, loads, reps, sets and frequency to ensure you are not stressing out your body even more.

Amazing, comfortable and high quality fitness studio is where we train out of. Located at a convenient location in Richmond Hill/Oak Ridges (King Road and Yonge Street) the studio called Strategic Muscle Systems has everything you need to ensure an effective and safe training experience.

There are no public walk-ins and no membership fees or contracts. All personal training sessions are by appointment only so there are no wait times, conflicts, locked-in contracts or people getting in your space. This flexible and personable environment ensures that you have a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a high sense of professionalism.

We take personal training seriously because results matter. We are educated from some of the most world-renown fitness teachers and mentors in the world in order to provide you with most effective, optimal and responsible safe results.

NOW OFFERING SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING

Semi-private group training consists of 2-3 people training at the same time. Experience safe, responsible and individualized training programs that help increase strength, muscle and vitality while decreasing fat and weight. 

This is a great cost-effective option that also allows for group motivation, accountability and a fun private environment. Must bring a friend or colleague!

Jonathan is an experienced and wonderful personal trainer with a holistic approach to workout. I have been working with Jonathan Kovacs for the past three years now. He has taught me a completely different way of living. It was simple changes that he made in my program along the way. How to eat properly, went to eat certain foods, how to eliminate cravings.
