A comprehensive starting point for people beginning exercise and looking to increase their energy, strength and vitality.
This 12 week exercise program is a pre-programmed routine with mobility, stretches and exercises designed to balance your body's physical physiological systems. The purpose of this program is to improve your movement, mobility and increase strength while reducing pain and discomfort.
Too much exercise and not enough rest and recovery are very common in exercise programs. This program identifies the need for work-in exercises in which the body can effectively recover, reduce stress, decrease pain, discomfort and tension.
This program builds you from the ground up and starts off with easier exercises and progressively becomes more challenging by the 12 weeks.
This is a beginner to novice exercise program. All exercise programs come with direct messaging with your coach. A swiss ball and dumbbells are necessary and all workouts will be able to do at home or in a gym setting.
There is no nutritional coaching with this program. Because nutrition and food is highly integrated with your movement system you will have access to a nutrition and lifestyle guide for you to better guide yourself with proper nutrition and food choices.
*This 12 week online program allows you access to the online app. Please pay for the program and allow up to 24 hours for your coach to get in contact with you and send you an email link to the online platform. Your program will be already set for you along with 12 weeks of direct messaging with your coach. After the 12 weeks you will no longer have access but you can download the program to keep and use whenever you need it.
